Departing from traditional molasses-based methods, The NZ Rum Co utilizes sugarcane jaggery to create a cleaner, fresher rum profile. Their 500-litre copper pot and column still, equipped with an infusion basket, allows for versatile distillation and experimentation with various botanicals and yeast strains.
The distillery's offerings include the flagship McJaggery White Rum, known for its tropical and citrus notes, as well as unique expressions like the Triple Berry and Spiced Rums.
