Aroha Premium Dry Gin is the original gin expression from Aroha by Waipara Springs, extending the well-established North Canterbury wine producer into New Zealand craft spirits.
The gin was developed by husband-and-wife duo Katie and Andrew Moore, the third generation of the family behind the Waipara Springs estate. Their approach to Aroha centres on producing distinctive artisan products that reflect their own tastes while complementing the estate's long history of wine production.
Premium Dry Gin forms the foundation of the three-gin Aroha collection, alongside Orange Blossom Spiced Gin and Rosé Citrus Pink Gin. At Waipara Springs it is served with either classic Indian tonic or wild raspberry tonic, with soda water also available.
