Waipara Springs

Waipara Springs is a third-generation family-owned producer with deep roots in the Waipara Valley. Its vineyard story began with vines planted in 1982, while the family business has grown to encompass wine production, vineyard dining, tastings and a collection of New Zealand craft spirits.

Alongside its established wine range, Waipara Springs produces spirits under the Aroha name. The Aroha collection includes Premium Dry Gin, Orange Blossom Spiced Gin and Rosé Citrus Pink Gin, as well as a selection of liqueurs. This provides a spirits-focused extension to a producer traditionally associated with North Canterbury wine.

Visitors can experience Waipara Springs through its tasting room, restaurant and vineyard setting. Wine tastings and other experiences are available, while Aroha gin and liqueurs feature alongside the estate wines at the venue.
