Victor Gin Blanc De Blancs is a limited edition gin created to celebrate the 2021 chardonnay grape harvest. This seasonal release builds on the classic Victor Gin base - with juniper, lemon, lemongrass, cardamom and coriander - and infuses it with fresh chardonnay grape must.
The result is a bright, fruit-forward gin with subtle grape aromatics and a soft floral-citrus finish. Handcrafted in New Zealand using traditional distillation methods, it’s a unique expression ideal for elegant cocktails or citrus-led G&Ts.
