Quercus Alba is a rare, single cask edition of Thomson’s celebrated Manuka Smoke single malt whisky. Named after the Latin term for American white oak, this whisky is matured in a heavily charred virgin oak barrel, creating a bold flavour profile with powerful tannins and rich oak-driven character.

The liquid is crafted from New Zealand-grown malted barley smoked with native mānuka wood and distilled through Thomson’s copper pot stills. This limited edition reveals notes of black tea, clove, vanilla, dark toffee and deep wood - ideal for lovers of American oak-forward styles.

Only 250 bottles produced, making it a collector’s dram and a bold expression of Aotearoa’s whisky potential.
