Omeo Vodka by Prophecy Distilling is a clean, crisp vodka crafted in small batches of around 40 bottles per run. It’s made from grain-based spirit and distilled using pristine spring water drawn from the Omeo Gully — the distillery’s own water source deep in Central Otago.
This vodka is unflavoured, exceptionally smooth, and ideal for sipping over ice or mixing in refined cocktails. It earned a silver medal at the 2025 New Zealand Spirits Awards, recognising its clarity and quality.
