Tī-Toki Liqueur is a distinctly New Zealand botanical spirit crafted in Hawke’s Bay and presented in a 750ml glass bottle. This contemporary expression brings together mānuka honey and native Aotearoa botanicals to create a smooth, aromatic liqueur with layers of sweetness, citrus and spice.
The aroma opens with floral honey, lifted by citrus zest and fresh forest-like notes. On the palate, silky mānuka honey sweetness is balanced by vibrant orange, earthy tītoki and the characteristic peppery spice of kawakawa fruit. The finish is long, warming and smooth.
The 750ml glass bottle offers an alternative to Tī-Toki’s distinctive ceramic vessels. The producer also suggests using it to refill or decant into a historic Tī-Toki tekoteko vessel. Tī-Toki is manufactured at The National Distillery Company in Ahuriri, Hawke’s Bay and is proudly New Zealand made.
