Produced in Christchurch, Taizi is crafted using New Zealand wheat, Australian sorghum and spring water from the Southern Alps. The spirit is distilled through a historic John Dore copper still dating from the 1850s, combining traditional influences with a distinctly New Zealand approach to production.
Taizi’s baijiu is bottled at 58% ABV and has a clear, smooth profile. Bright berry flavours lead the tasting experience, followed by liquorice and subtle herbal notes that provide additional depth and complexity.
