Lavender Gin ‘DELIGHT’ is a small-batch spirit created by Ranui Essentials in Martinborough. Distilled using a blend of eight botanicals, including their estate-grown Lavandula angustifolia (featured in the “Violet Intrigue” variety), this gin delivers a refined balance of floral, herbaceous and citrus notes.
Smooth and aromatic, it’s ideal in a Yuzu G&T, Lavender Martini, or served neat over ice. Available in 100ml and 500ml bottles, it’s a distinctly New Zealand spirit designed for elegant sipping or creative mixology.
