A boutique grassroots distillery, set on the foothills of Mt Fyffe, Kaikōura. These award winning gins are created using botanics that Justine has sourced from around her farm and the local area. The botanical Woolshed and Oceanic Shearwater gin’s are true story inspired small batch bespoke gins.

Justine is passionate about showcasing what Kaikōura has to offer. Sustainability and supporting locals are fundamental to her as she navigates this exciting journey that the distillery is on. Over the summer months, Justine attends many gin festivals, where she loves to interact with gin lovers passionately explaining all things gin.

A lime gimlet with muddled fresh mint makes this botanical citrus blend zing.... add 30ml gin, 15ml homemade lime syrup, crushed ice, egg white to shaker, muddle in fresh mint leaves, shake and pour through strainer into a martini glass, add soda, garnish with mint leaf and a nasturtium flower
