This expression features a harmonious blend of warming botanical spices, including cinnamon, ginger, clove, and cardamom, complemented by sweet orange citrus. The result is a gin that offers a comforting aroma and a flavour profile reminiscent of winter treats. Recognised for its excellence, it was awarded Gold at the World Gin Awards in 2024 and voted the best contemporary gin in New Zealand.
