Fermented over 192 hours with fresh dunder and dual yeast strains, then column-distilled for ester maximisation, it offers a thick honey-like texture and punchy ester profile. Awarded silver at the 2024 New Zealand Spirit Awards, this rum bursts with spiced pineapple, malt biscuit and funk on the nose. On the palate it is luscious and glossy, layering pineapple sweetness, funk, burnt sugar and fiery spice for a long hot finish
