This unique collaboration between KJ & Co Distillery’s Lost Barrel Rum and Renaissance Brewing celebrates craftsmanship and South Island ingenuity. The rum spent 10 years maturing in the Caribbean before being finished for six months in ex-Imperial Porter barrels from Renaissance Brewing. Bottled at cask strength 50.9% ABV, only 618 bottles were produced, each wax-sealed and presented in an individual gift box. The finishing adds layers of rich caramelised sugar, white cacao, coffee bean, and sweet vanilla, all carried through to a long baking spice finish. This rum is as versatile as it is rare, perfect for sipping over ice, enjoyed in a Rum Old Fashioned, or even as a luxurious twist in a Rum Espresso Martini
