Good Spirits is an Auckland-based cocktail company founded by bartender David Horan. After spending 15 years working in cocktail bars across Dublin, Sydney, Melbourne and London, Horan settled in Auckland and established Good Spirits to bring high-end cocktail hospitality directly to events around New Zealand.
After seven years operating as a cocktail catering business, Good Spirits expanded into premium ready-to-serve bottled cocktails. The range was developed to capture the flavour and complexity of professionally made cocktails while providing a convenient format that can be served chilled or over ice at home.
The current bottled collection includes Espresso Martini, Lychee Martini, Fig Negroni and Chilli Margarita. Fresh ingredients play an important role in the range, including New Zealand lime juice and real lychee juice, while the Espresso Martini is brewed with Newground Coffee. Each cocktail is bottled in a 700ml format at 13.9% ABV, providing approximately six servings.
Good Spirits' ready-to-serve cocktails received recognition in the Pre-Batched Cocktail category at the 2025 New Zealand Spirits Awards. Alongside its bottled range, the company continues to provide mobile cocktail catering for private celebrations, weddings and corporate events.
