Fox River Gin is a limited edition, small‑batch spirit carefully crafted by Elsewhere Gin in Christchurch. Botanicals - wild foraged from the West Coast - are steeped three times, then the blend of rata, purple thistle flower, nasturtium, wild fennel, seaweed and beach pebble is aged in French oak to capture the rugged West Coast landscape. Only 93 bottles were produced in 2021. This delicate gin should be stored upright and kept out of direct sunlight.
