North Canterbury Gin 2022 is a limited edition release by Elsewhere Gin, crafted in small batches in Christchurch. Mark, the distiller and a winemaker by trade, foraged botanicals from North Canterbury, steeping them three times to capture the full essence of the region. The gin is bright and clear with notes of orange blossom, makrut leaf, bay leaf, lavender, rose and olive, underpinned by the earthy sweetness of seaweed sourced from Taylor’s Mistake cliffs. Only 125 bottles were produced, and due to its delicate nature, it should be kept out of direct sunlight
