Dr Beak's Yuzu Garden Gin is a 45.5% ABV, small-batch spirit crafted in Martinborough, New Zealand. This limited release incorporates fresh, NZ-grown yuzu to amplify the gin's flavour, resulting in a fragrant expression with balanced bitterness, bright citrus, and herbaceous notes. The gin is distilled using a selection of botanicals, including juniper, coriander seed, orris root, horopito, rosemary, mint, bay leaf, and yuzu. Enjoy it with your favourite tonic for a citrus-forward G&T, or try it with soda water. It's also delightful mixed in a cocktail - a yuzu Tom Collins is a recommended favourite.

Not a Tonic lady, however our waiter slightly messed up my preference. Quite surprisingly - I liked this gin also. Very nice with fresh botanical notes.
