Dr Beak's Haskap Gin Liqueur is a 30% ABV, small-batch spirit crafted in Martinborough, New Zealand. This limited release incorporates Haskap berries from Taihape, also known as honeyberries, grown near Taihape. The berries are naturally infused into the distillery's New Zealand Garden Gin, then rested in an oak barrel before being balanced with raw sugar. The result is a gin liqueur that expresses savoury nuances, underpinned by fresh rose petals and red berries. It's bright and juicy on the palate with a lingering finish and an exotic flavour profile. Enjoy it neat, over ice, or in cocktails such as a bramble, sour, or mulled gin.
